Our challenge was to bring that vision to life in an authentic, engaging way. We started by focusing on the employees themselves—their stories, their perspectives, and their impact. Through interviews with three team members in different roles, we crafted a hiring video that puts real voices front and center. Their words guide the narrative, providing an inside look at what it means to work at SCDOR.
Visually, we paired their insights with dynamic footage of their daily work, capturing not just the tasks they perform but the collaboration, innovation, and dedication that define their roles.
